Julia C. Gorman, PT, OCS and George T. Edelman PT, OCS, MTC of Edelman Spine & Orthopaedic Physical Therapy, LLC have been selected by USA Swimming to participate in their Sports Medicine and Science internship program. Gorman and Edelman, both avid swimmers, will work with the physiology performance testing group and provide physical therapy services for the USA Swimming National Team at various designated Grand Prix events for the 2007 season. This volunteer work provides an opportunity for them to demonstrate their skills for the potential of traveling with the team to future World Championships and Olympic competition.
